Julian is the new Director of Patient Care Services at Tri-Valley Home Health Care, Inc.
He joins us with a wealth of clinical and leadership experience, underpinned by a strong professional background in skilled nursing, home health, hospice care, and correctional healthcare. His prior roles include Nurse Supervisor positions at Manteca Care & Rehab, Progressive Home Health & Hospice, and the California Department of Corrections, where he consistently demonstrated excellence in clinical oversight, team management, and patient-centered care.

A graduate holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Mr. Santos hails from a distinguished family of medical professionals. This foundation has instilled in him a strong sense of purpose, empathy, and commitment to service.
