With over a decade of experience in healthcare, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
Kristine began her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), where she spent seven years providing hands-on care in long-term care and developmentally disabled settings. Her experience in these environments strengthened her ability to manage complex patient needs while maintaining dignity and compassion in care delivery. She later advanced her career as a Registered Nurse, expanding her expertise across home health, pediatric care, and outpatient clinical settings.
Kristine is known for building strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning and positive patient outcomes.
Throughout her career, Kristine has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including pediatric day health care, intermediate care facilities for developmentally disabled individuals, and home health services. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to monitor patient conditions, implement physician orders, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and efficient care.
In her role as QAPI Nurse, Kristine plays an essential part in ensuring that Tri-Valley Home Health Care maintains the highest standards of quality and compliance. She is actively involved in performance improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and staff support to enhance patient care outcomes and operational excellence.
Kristine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Cordilleras in Baguio City, Philippines, where she built the academic foundation for her nursing career.
